Most board game publishers sell replacement pieces directly through their website or by email - you just have to contact their support. There are also specialized sites like BoardGameGeek that list suppliers, and people selling individual pieces on marketplaces like Mercado Livre and OLX. If it's a common piece like a die, pawn, or token, you can find it easily at toy stores or even secondhand bazaars.

# It's not worth trying to find loose pieces at a regular toy store - either they don't have them, or they charge ridiculous prices. The most direct way is to go straight to the source: go to the publisher's website for your game (Devir, Grow, Galápagos, any of them) and search for "replacement pieces" or "loose components". There's usually a contact form or email, you send them a message asking for exactly what you need (like "4 red pawns from Catan" or whatever) and they'll usually ship it by mail. It takes time, but it's way cheaper.

If the publisher doesn't respond quickly or doesn't have exactly what you're looking for, then you look in communities - there are Brazilian board game groups on Facebook where people sell loose pieces, print custom components, or connect you with foreign sites that sell replacements. The board gamer community is pretty united about this stuff, there's always someone who has what you need or knows where to find it.
