I wouldn't jump straight for gaming desks with RGB lighting and extreme gamer design - those are often overpriced and look cheap pretty quick. With your budget, you're better off looking at solid office desks that just work: desks with electric height adjustment from brands like Flexispot or similar are available in your price range and last forever. Alternatively, you could also check out IKEA yourself - the Idasen or the Bekant are sturdy, big enough, and look clean without making you feel like you're in an internet café.
With your budget, I'd go for a good standard desk that's simply sturdy and big enough. All those gaming tables with LED stuff are actually often a waste of money - nobody even looks at it after a week anyway. Better check out something from well-known furniture makers who also do regular office furniture. You'll get something decent for €300-400 that lasts for years and doesn't look like a toy desk.
What's important is that the surface is really wide enough - at least 140cm, better 160cm. You need space for two, sometimes three monitors side by side without your keyboard and mouse getting squeezed. Pay attention to the depth too, at least 70cm, so your monitor isn't right at the edge. And stability: if the surface sags under 5kg of pressure or the frame wobbles, you're cutting corners in the wrong place.
If you need one with adjustable height, it costs more, but it's worth it in the long run for your back health. Some manufacturers have electric versions too that still fit the budget. Otherwise: better get a plain, solid desk than some gaming thing with a fancy name. That stuff holds up better over time.
