Don't chase after mobile split systems on wheels - it's mostly marketing in most cases, because when you move the system, you still have to reconnect the tubes anyway and you'll need to recalibrate the performance from scratch. A monoblock is simpler in that regard: roll it into the room you need, plug it in and you're done, though it's noisier and less efficient than a real split system. Go for a monoblock if you move around a lot or rent and don't want the hassle, or get a split system with a permanent installation if you're staying put - the in-between options rarely justify the money.
A monoblock is definitely easier to move and set up, but it has one serious downside - all the hot air gets vented through a hose out the window, and even if the window is just cracked open, you're still losing cool air from the room and using more electricity. A wheeled split system works better, but the advice above is right - it's only worth moving it between rooms if you change locations rarely. If you need real portability, it's easier to just buy two cheap monoblocks for different rooms than to lug a split system back and forth.
