Which professions allow you to make over a million rubles a month?
I'm curious what fields of work are on that list and whether it's actually realistic for an average person to get into them?

You can realistically get there, but you need to understand the difference between salary and income. Salary is paid for your time, but a million a month is almost always the result of creating or selling something scalable. Top executives at major companies, successful entrepreneurs, investors, IT specialists in senior positions, doctors with their own clinic - yeah, they do reach it. But it doesn't happen in your first year of work.
Here's where you can actually accelerate: if you have expertise in some area, start selling results instead of your time. For example, a specialist in a narrow niche (marketing for a specific industry, SEO, design) can take on three or four clients at 200-300k a month each - and there's your million, no employees needed. Or create an info product - a course, templates, consultations in a private chat - make it once, then it's passive income. Or invest in stocks and bonds if you have the capital.
The main thing to remember: don't wait for the company to raise your salary to those numbers on its own. You either need to become irreplaceable in a rare position (and even that's not guaranteed), or build your own thing on the side, or openly transition into entrepreneurship. An ordinary person can do this if they're willing to learn, take on risk, and work not by trading their time but through scaling or investing.
Those who make the most money are the ones creating or selling something valuable - their own product, service, content, or investing in growing their business rather than just trading their time :) IT specialists, specialist doctors, lawyers, real estate agents with a solid client base, bloggers, and entrepreneurs definitely fall into this category, but mostly it doesn't happen in the first year of work - it comes when you've already got experience, a reputation, or your own project.
I'll add to that: a million is not really a salary, it's more like income from your own business. But there's one thing people often miss: even in the classic "high-paying" professions (medicine, law, IT), those who reach seven-figure monthly income are the ones who turn their expertise into a scalable business - opening a clinic or consulting firm, building their own software, assembling a team around themselves. Just working for a salary, even a high one, usually won't get you there. You can actually reach that level, but it requires less about picking the right profession and more about learning to think like an entrepreneur.
