Fuel and maintenance costs are where electric motorcycles win out in the long run, because charging is way cheaper than a liter of gas, plus you don't need to change the oil, and the brakes wear out slower. And if you've got your own garage and an outlet, you save on gas station visits, and the bike pays for itself in a few years of heavy use - or is that not really your thing if you ride it rarely?

I drive almost every day to work and back, plus I go out to nature on weekends. I have a garage and a charging outlet installed!
