Bosch refrigerator stopped making ice automatically, why?

I have a Bosch KGN36VL30 for about 4 years and it suddenly stopped making ice automatically. The water from the hose is working normally because the dispenser tap still dispenses water. What could be broken? I've already cleaned the tubes and nothing.
