Does ozonated water actually help your health or is it just a scam?

There's advertising for water ozonizers everywhere now, and they're saying it's basically a cure-all. My friend bought herself an ozone generator for 15 thousand rubles and has been drinking ozonized water for a month already. But I don't get it - is there actually any scientific basis to this or is it just marketing?
