What you're going through is totally normal, basically everyone goes through it. Pre-wedding jitters are something a ton of people deal with, not just you. Three months before is when it really starts to weigh on you, because you realize it's not something far off anymore but actually happening. Those moments where you're having second thoughts are probably stress spikes more than actual doubts about your fiancé.

The key is telling the difference between normal nerves and genuine doubts about the relationship. If you two generally get along and love each other, those fleeting regrets are just anxiety from the wedding pressure, people watching you, all the planning... it's a lot. Try to cut back on stress if you can: delegate stuff, don't make everything perfect, take breaks. Sometimes we get caught in this perfectionism spiral that messes with our heads.

If you actually have serious doubts about marrying him, that's different and worth having a real conversation with him or even someone you trust. But if it's just that you're on the verge of a panic attack from all the planning, that's pretty normal and it passes. A lot of couples who are happy living together right now went through exactly the same thing a few years ago.
