Strange noises in the suspension when turning corners
My Renault Megane makes a weird creaking noise in the front when I turn sharply or go through tight curves. What could be going wrong? Could it be the sway bar or the bushings?

It's very likely worn stabilizer bar bushings, especially if the noise is coming from the front when turning. It could also be the ball joint or shock absorber mounts, so you should have a mechanic check it by lifting the car and moving the suspension to pinpoint exactly where the creaking is coming from.
