Try uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling it fresh - cache clearing sometimes isn't enough when the app files themselves get corrupted, and a full reinstall usually fixes crash-on-load issues like yours. Before you do that, make sure your phone has enough free storage space (aim for at least 5GB), since the Galaxy A54 can struggle if it's running low. Also check if there's a game update available in your app store, because outdated versions sometimes have compatibility problems that cause immediate crashes. If it still crashes after reinstalling, the issue might be device-specific (some older Samsung models have had problems with this game), so you could try lowering graphics settings or contacting support with your device model and game version.

Had this happen to me and the full reinstall worked, but before you do that try freeing up actual storage space on your phone - sounds weird but if your Galaxy is running low on available storage the app can struggle even if it has technically enough room for itself. Check if you've got a few gigs free, clear out old photos or apps you don't use, and restart. Sometimes that's all it needs before resorting to reinstalling everything.
