How long should I wait before telling her I like her?

I've been seeing someone I met at a party for like three weeks now and honestly I'm really into her. We've gone out a few times, we laugh together, have a good time, but I'm not sure if it's too soon to tell her I'm seriously interested or if I should let things flow more naturally. How risky is it to be direct?

Don't wait for an awkward silence to happen or for her to make the first move, because three weeks is already a decent amount of time to know if things are getting serious. Being direct isn't risky if you do it naturally - like, in a calm moment you tell her you really like her and you'd want to know if she feels the same way, without making it dramatic or giving a whole speech. The worst that can happen is she tells you she wants to take things slower or that she doesn't feel the same way, and well, at least you'll know where you stand. If you keep not saying anything and she doesn't say anything either, you're just going to stay stuck like that indefinitely and that's actually frustrating.
