The beeping started for me when the pot material wasn't ideal - too thin or not magnetic enough, then the cooktop keeps searching for a signal over and over. Also if the pot isn't centered properly or is too small for the cooking zone, it beeps non-stop. Try using a different pot or positioning it better; if that fixes it, that was the problem. If it keeps going anyway, there could actually be a sensor acting up or the appliance has a hardware fault - then warranty would be your friend.

Don't rush to call customer service right away - most of the time it's something you can fix yourself. The beeping on an induction cooktop usually happens because the cooktop is trying to establish a stable connection with the pan and can't manage it. There can be several reasons for this: The pot isn't sitting properly centered on the cooking zone, or the bottom is too thin and not magnetic enough (some stainless steel pans are really problematic for this). Even if there's dirt under the pot bottom - even just tiny scratches or limescale spots - that can mess with the induction and cause constant beeping.

Try this: Clean the cooktop thoroughly, including the edges of the cooking zone. Then grab different pots and pans and test which ones cause the beeping. When you're cooking, always place the pot in the center and make sure the bottom is lying completely flat. If the beeping only happens with one specific pot, then that thing just isn't ideal for induction - you'll need a different one. But if it beeps with all your pots or only with your new Bosch cooktop, there might actually be a defect, and then you'd need to contact the manufacturer.

Have you tried taking the pot off completely and then putting it back on? The cooktop often beeps when it thinks the pot isn't sitting right or the contact is broken - that can happen if the bottom surface isn't perfectly flat or there's dirt under the pot. Try wiping the cooking surface really quickly and check the pot bottom for scratches or bumps that might be causing the signal to act up. One trick a lot of people miss: some induction cooktops also beep when you're cooking too close to the edge - just try moving the pot more toward the center, then it should quiet down.
