Which induction cooktop to choose on a tight budget?

I'm looking to replace my old electric cooker and I'd like to switch to induction, but I don't want to spend a fortune. Is it really worth getting a less-known brand like Beko or Candy, or do I really need to invest in Bosch? I live in a small apartment, so I'm also wondering if a 4-burner cooktop would be enough for me.
