What kind of team do you have? Because the choice really depends a lot on how many people you need to coordinate and what kind of work you're doing.
For most cases, a combo of Slack (or Discord, which is free and works well) for daily messaging plus Zoom or Google Meet for video calls is solid. Slack is nice because it organizes everything by channels, so you don't lose important conversations buried in a bunch of private messages. If your budget is tight, Microsoft Teams is built in if you're already using Office, and honestly it works decently even though it's not the best for the interface.
For shared documents and organization, Google Drive or OneDrive do the job fine. If you need something more structured like actual project management, then Asana or Notion come into play, depending on how complex your workflow is. Honestly though the most important thing is not to have too many tools, otherwise people get lost between 5 different apps. Two or three well-chosen things always beat 10 mediocre apps.
