Epoxy grout is solid but a pain to clean while it's setting - you really need a quick hand. One thing people often forget: before you decide, check how wide your grout lines are because some products (epoxy especially) work better on thin joints, while standard grout or polyurethane resins adapt better if you've got something a bit wider. And honestly, when it comes to moisture it's not really the grout that makes a big difference - it's more about prepping the surface and ventilation that matters.
I recently laid tiles in my place and went with epoxy grout - it's tough, handles moisture really well, and doesn't stain like regular grout does. If you want something easier to apply, cement grout is still solid too, but honestly epoxy ages better even though it costs a bit more.
